How many miles on your W211?

328,000 miles and going strong. Might put in for my 500k km badge. Just changed motor mounts (driver's side was sacked out) and did a tranny filter change (very little debris inside).
Still cranks out 29-30 MPG on the freeway with an overall average of 26.4 MPG since last reset 60,000+ miles ago.
However, I'm about to put it out to pasture as I just picked up a 2014 E550 w/50k miles.

fantastic! I can put my mind at ease knowing I have sooooo much more to go!
congrats!
Just turned over 140k on the way to work today.
Since my last post I've had to replace the front CV shafts (again) and the passenger front wheel bearing needs done (again....although, its fault of an out of balance CV shaft that has now been replaced)

87,000 Milles (141.000Km)
- Torque converter, hydraulic unit and radiator replaced (due to knowledge valeo radiator leak.. )
- Airmatic pump and left front suspension replaced
- SBC reinitalized
I realy love this 18 years old benz !!!

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
2) 323,000 miles (520,000 km)
3) Gearbox (at 180,000 miles), Ball Joints, Motor Mounts, Rear Wiper Motor, Rear Air suspension, Wish Bones.
- and I still love my merc 🙂
The two previous owners spent thousands on various repairs.Hopefully I get a few more miles out of it with proper maintenance.
1) 2004 E320 Wagon
2) 127,000 miles
3) Previous work:
Engine replaced at 75,000 miles, allegedly dropped the timing chain !?!
FT & RR brake rotors, pads
O2 sensors
Struts/Shocks
Fixed cup holder
Fixed loose faceplate on ft ashtray panel
New tires (Falken
Current problems to be addressed:
Check engine light, O2 sensor codes
Blowing #8 fuse at rear SAM causing the remotes to not work (IR works) Antenna amp shorted?
RR ABS sensor bad
Rear air suspension sacked out ( have not had time to troubleshoot that yet) ( pump works, seems to hold air after jacking up the rear and letting the airbags extend, then lowering the car)
181,000 miles on one, 155,000 on the other.
On the higher mileage one had to replace injection pump and an axle.

Mine:
2004 E500 4matic Wagon
36,000 miles. Pristine (not one door ding or scuff, anywhere!)
Been fortunate with this one. One mod so far: Dynavin N7 deck. I'm going to tint the windows too, likely.
Owned since 2007, but was at another property across the country that we used on occasion, hence the low miles.

Around 64k miles now. I put on several thousand driving it around as my daily was being worked on.
I've done normal maintenance: Spark plugs, air filters, oil..etc. Replaced the windshield wiper fluid motor a few months back along with the thermostat and temp sensor. I'll probably be doing ball joints soon as I hear a small creaking noise from the right passenger front side.
I'm doing the transmission service here maybe this weekend. Bought everything in terms of new pan, fluid..etc. Doesn't seem like a hard process with the how-to we have on the other thread.
When going back and forth to work get around 27mpg. Which isn't too bad. I love that the gas tank is huge but sucks when you fill it up from empty..lol.

163618 on the dail. Had some long awaited services completed today: Transfer case fluid change, Serpentine belt, Tensioner and Idler pulley, and rear washer pump. Front and rear diff change. Happy I got it done. Indy stated the fluids were dirty, I held off on the transmisson filter and fluid change...why? A bit nervous lol.

2MERKS
235k miles
Had to replace ME and EIS at 219k miles cost $4k but other than that she still is a powerful car looks and sounds great and performs like one with 50k miles deffinitely lives up to the MB name. Hoping to get another 70k out of her.

Owned less than a week, with a little digging I can find extensive previous work, in the last few years nothing major, two front wheel bearings and maintenance.
Cosmetically it's very nice in and out, the engine seems to run well and is running better after some "Italian Tuneup" type driving, it was driven almost exclusively on parkways
and freeways to work and back by an older Australian gent who retired and moved back. I never saw him drive but can sense from his dress and manner that the care was driven
very carefully, to the point that a few hard accelerations and letting it wind up through the gears and it seems to have smoothed out a little and gotten more responsive.
Mechanically, the front brakes have life in them, there is a pretty good lip on the rotor and they just don't feel that great, so redoing all corners and a flush is high up the list, right after
changing all the drivetrain fluids. It's a nice car, I was shopping in a much higher price range than the $5700 I paid, that leaves me a lot of room for parts and maintenance.
