w211 e240 strange ticking noise at speeds above 40

w211 e240 strange ticking noise at speeds above 40
when the cars idle its ok,no noise just 2malfunctions
1.srs mal.
2.elctronic consumers low.(which is not going away since i like start it everyday)
then comes the driving part,since 3 or 4 days theres this weird (trrr-rrr-rrr ) sound form the left,front side first it came on when i was driving at a high speed i think 140 km/h or something the next day on lower speeds and now as i go above 40 km/h its startss trrrrrrrrr and if i ignore it the sound remains the same but the speed of this noise increases,even if i put it in neutral the sound is still there.
but when the cars still and i rev it nothing no rattling nothing at all..........
WHAT DO I DO any1.
thnkx in advance,this car has costed me ALOTTT so many problems damn i m gonna sell it right away as soon as i get these things fixed.....
