E55 brakes on E500 (rears first)
well got home one day and had 4 boxes delivered with the familiar Yellow Tape... Steve has come through again with my next mod..E55 brakes front/rear with front spindle.. good gawd these rotors are heavy
Disconnect SBC Plug
Jack up car and Remove Rear wheels
Using 18mm socket, remove the two caliper bolts
Remove torx screw holding rotors and remove rotors
Clean Hub, apply break grease,Use 14mm wrench to undo brake line, install brake line on AMG caliper, set to the side, install E55 rotor, reinstall torx screw
With pads inplace and pushed back, align Caliper, install the two 18mm bolts, reinstall the right rear pad sensor
walla rears are done... now the fronts is where the fun begins

Old thread but is there only one rear pad sensor on our cars? I can't find info indicating if there are one both on the driver/passenger rears? I know the fronts have two pad sensors, one for each wheel.
Thanks,
