need help for rear shade problem

E 320 -2005, C 320 '04
need help for rear shade problem
any information how to fix the rear shade problem. it is open condition now ,but cannot roll back I hear the click sound when i push the switch, I checked the fuse still good, the car E 320 2005.

You may need to replace the shade part #2118101220 (for comparison shopping, parts.com $713). Warranty will cover repair if you do not have warranty coverage PM your email address and I send instruction sheets for DIY inspection for “possible” repair and/or replacement.
