Vin number question
I hate buying used cars. Do any of you know where I can find the vin numbers besides the drives front windshield? Because my vin under the windshield doesn't look stright, I just wanted to make sure other vins matches the windshield's vin number.

Now I have another question. Just noticed the vin number looks almost like printed on a label printer or something. Because the letters looked all jagged. Is that normal? I don't have access to another w211. I saw others w210 and theirs looked fine.

Plug your VIN in here and see if anything jumps out at you as obviously incorrect:

Not a very convienent nor common car to do a "vin swap" on, if that is your worry. The vin# is also embedded in all control units for car. Have a dealer do a short test to verify vin# is matching.
