I am new to this forum and would greatly appreciate any help troubleshooting my Navigation. This car is an E350 2006 4matic US spec with factory navigation. For some reason, GPS navigation is not working. Selecting maps does not show any coordinates in the bottom window and does not show any satellites. It has the 2009 nav DVD in place. I am wondering if it is a bad GPS sensor. Any help trouble shooting would be greatly appreciated.

Since it's an '06, your operating system (software version) is not compatible with the newer NAV DVD you have. Go to the dealership and have them update your car's OS so that it'll work with your newer DVD. Most dealership will/should do if for free...takes less then 10 mins.
