Door Pins AMG Style
Hello all. I just wanted to post here that I received four beautiful AMG style door pins from myroadster.net. Gerald Jones that hosts that site was great getting back to me on fitment and I suggest you give him a call or hit his website if you are looking to replace those golf tees you have. I will happily post pictures tomorrow if anyone would like to see...
He offers a nice product, fair price, what else could you ask for?

Door Pin Pictures
Here are some pictures. Front and rear, locked and unlocked. The file sizes seem to be at the limit, so I'll try again at a lower resolution if it does not work.

My car had the golf tee's, and yes, they unscrewed easily. The ones pictured needed some light pressure to go through the grommet, but once in, they move freely and do not seem to "load" the lock actuator.

Costs $30.00 for four +shipping. Yes, they unscrewed in my case. Apparently there is another type common with MB's that use a pressure fit, so make sure. I have to give Gerald another kudo here, because he called my cell and asked me what type I had. I ended up sending him a pic, he then confirmed they will fit.
My 2 cents: They are a few bucks more than some of the eBay crap, but considering the quality, and the first rate support....well worth it.

AMG W211 do NOT come from factory with door pins any different than "normal" W211, so in this case "AMG style" is a figment of the seller's imagination. If "AMG" is engraved on these, it's a trademark violation.
