2005 e320 4matic
I am thinking of buying a 05 e320 4matic. The car has 60k miles, and never had any body work and full service records from the dealer. The seller is asking 21k. It has an extended penske warranty. First off, does anyone know anything about this extended warranty company, and second, what should I offer for this vehicle?

Do not know anything about the Penske warranty other than that Penske is a legit large organization and the owner (Rodger Penske) is a solid citizen. I would however read the terms of the warranty to be certain. I have an 05 E320 4Matic that will be traded in Feb for a 2010 E350 4m. Its been a wonderful vehicle and trouble free. Mine has less than half of the miles that are on the one you are looking at and I have had offers of more than 6000 more than the price you quoted.

Sorry I can't help you with that question. My 05 is leased and will be turned in on delivery of the new one. The offers I have had I dismissed due to this fact. I do believe however that it is worth retail in the area of 25 to 26K. Reason, low miles (27000).
