Dealers know that people want the 2010's but they also know what they have in the CPO cars on their lots...the dealer we went to wanted about 38k for this one but had it since October and dropped it to 31K, we went out the door for 29-ish with a CPO, it has low miles too. There were some 06's that were more expensive but we went with this one to stay away from the SBC brakes. Besides, it had heated seats and that was important to the Wife-Unit/Warden!

Congrats! Last month I purchased a similar model, a CPO 2007 E350 RWD with P2, black on black MB-TEx, 26K miles, 18 months left on original warranty; I bought the extended warranty for 4 years.
After having two cars with leather seats, I am glad this one has the MB-Tex. The dealer assured me it was leather, but if it's only the center strips on each seat, headrest fronts, and the shirred door panels, it's not worth it to me.

My Dad said the same thing about the leather seats, he likes the MB-Tex better, doesn't smell like leather, but says they last a lot longer, and sort of looks the same...
