CLK wheels on a w211?

CLK wheels on a w211?
Can these wheels from a CLK be bolted up to our '05 e320 cdi?
I'm fairly certain that the CLK uses the R12 ball seat/bolt and the w211 uses the R14 ball seat/bolt. Does anyone make a wheel bolt that with work, or do I need to have the ball seat/bolt holes enlarged? If so, any idea on cost?
Looking for some lighter-weight, preferably forged 16" wheels to replace the stockers on our cdi.
