Hi, E55 wheel help please

Hi, I'm a newcomer to here, looks like a forum with good traffic. I got a 2006 E55 a couple months ago, and cracked a wheel on the track a few weeks ago. ( A gt2 I was trailing behind lost a lugnut, went under my chassis, and hit the inner lip of my right rear wheel, and cracked it, rendering the wheel useless)

So my wheel guy has these options at good prices for me:
Lorenzo Wl21 19"
Asa Ar9 19"
Giovanna dalar 19"

with Hankook ventus or Vredestein Sessanta tires.

I like the look of the asa's and they are the lightest, so I'm set on them.
But wondering if 35mm front offset and 39mm rear offsets are optimal for it, or if he should order up 32 mm rears or 42 mm rears instead. Which offset is best?
They are 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rears.
