Did you get the steel fenders? I'm presuming they are aftermarket ones since OEM is aluminum, correct? I want to redo both my front fenders and increase clearance.

Yea def they are aftermarket, the aluminum is too brittle to reshape or aluminum welding is expensive... The fenders were cheap a hundred a side, but the body work left me at just under a grand without paint

I try, I feel like I want to spend so much money on mods and related things right now I almost feel guilty about it, being a student and maintaining and modding a nice car is hard I will give you that but for now at least I have my awesome parents to help on the upkeep.

Really? I personally like the more pointed look but that's all up to you man, I'm sure it'll look sick either way. What are you doing for the headlights? (P.S. it would scare me to death to see my car like that, not that you're doing anything wrong but it makes me so nervous lol :0)

55 bumper looks clean. that's the reason i wanted this car tbh. didn't even realize the facelift bumper was different from the e55 bumper until i bought the car. i'm considering going with the 55 bumper just so i can throw on that carlson lip. i don't understand why manufacturers make a lip for the ugly non-amg sport facelifted bumper but not the facelifted amg sport bumper.

Looking good, I am starting to fall in love with white Mercedes all over again - my opinion is that they should only come in black and white, suits the W211 soooo well ^^ In my opinion, it would also be really cool on that car to get the hood vent painted black as well to match the grill for greater contrast.
