If not the 9.5s, how about all 8.5s with 30mm offset??

All four tires are 245/35/19

Thanks!
9.5 up front might be too wide. 8.5-9 is a standard front width on the W211. 30mm is fine.

So it looks like 8.5s all around with whatever spacers make the fit best.

You probably won't need spacers with a 30mm offset.

Sure will. I should have the wheels in a couple weeks.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I just had new H&R springs installed.

How low did you go? Can you post a pic? The 30mm offset is fine in the front, but a little aggressive for the rear.

I can get a shot tomorrow. Basically the top of the tire is just tucked into the wheel well lip.

What would be a better rear offset?

I just saw that you will run Yoko tires. They run square and wider than other brands. i.e you have a higher chance of rubbing if your tire is indeed tucked. Here are a couple pics of my car. My rear offset is a 32, and you see how it is flush with the fender already. Your 30 puts your rim 2mm out further than mine.

I run a 265 tire "stretched" on a 10.5 rim. stretching the tire makes the sidewall rounder, meaning less chance of rubbing. I also run Toyo, which has a rounded sidewall and runs narrower than other brands.

you're running a 245 on a 8.5 rim, which means the tire doesn't stretch. It will sit very square. for reference, on my smart car, I tried yoko's. A 195 Yoko is just as wide as a 215 Hankook.

Greetings

This is my first post here. I have a E350 and i'm about to get a set of 19" HRE P107 wheels. I'm not sure about the tires though. If i keep the stock ET and go for 8.5 on front and 9.5 on rear, will 255/35/19 and 275/30/19 clear? How about 255/40/19 and 255/35/19?

Thanks.

What is the width and ET of the 19" wheels you're going to run? Staggered or square setup? Just telling us the diameter doesn't help much.

FWIW, I'm running 19x8.5 ET34 front and 19x9.5 ET35 rear wheels with 245/35-19 and 275/30-19 tires on my E63. I'm lowered quite a bit and don't have any issues with rubbing. There's a pic in my sig.

Tire for rim help

It's a 2003 benz e500 stock height as of now but I'll be buying the lowering links but won't be much of a drop I want and the rim is front 19x8 back 19x9. And the back will be staggered. Ps I would even like to put some sort of spacer at the back only. Can u recommend a good size to use. First time dealing with rims.
