Time for software refresh?
My '03 E-320 tilt steering wheel will not tilt. It will telescope but not tilt. I can hear a faint tick from the computer under the driver's seat when I move the lever up and down. Another issue is the convenience menu in the multifunction display. To activate or deactivate the easy entry or key dependency you are suppoed to press the + or - button. When I press those buttons, it reacts the same as when I press the up or down button. The + and - buttons seem to work correctly for the rest of the functions. These are the current issues. Will a software refresh fix these problems?
