Back of driver side chair

Hi,

Does any one have a chair like this, if you look at the back, there are 2 looks like speaker cover thing behind the driver side chair and passenger side chair, until now I still don't know what it is. First I thought its a speaker but no sound coming out? Would that be the ventilation outlet? cause i have heated and aircon in the seat. Have no idea what it does.

thanks
ced

That's a very good question. I've exhausted all the resources I have here at home and couldn't come up with an answer for you. My best guess it that it's an intake or an exhaust for the ventilation fans. Try turning your seat fans on, take a piece of Kleenex, and put it over the port on the seatback. If it sticks, it's an intake for the seat fans. I'll try to find out next week what it is for sure.

Gerbil ventilation

Actually it is the vent for the little room the gerbils that were supposed to run the treadmill that was planned to run the NAV system were to live in. Alas, the animal rights activists have nixed the technology and that is what has forced a change in the NAV design which has now made it impossible for those who had been promised NAV to get it retrofitted.

That's the Tommy's Hamburger vent. Why do you think the seats are perforated?

What does this mean? Sounds like local humor. I'm lost.

Tommy's Hamburgers are smothered in chile and best eaten with the chiles in the stainless steel container at the counter. Well known in LA but there's a "Tommy's Hamburgers" type place in every city in the world.

Got it, thanks....I'd be hating life as the back seat passenger.
