As they say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". Go with whatever makes us happy...in my case the ash w/birdseye is stunning!
btw...has anyone noticed that the stone interior with the sports package appears to be a lighter stone color vs stone with standard walnut wood. I was broswing through the dealers lot this afternoon and happen to take notice of this.

I would be VERY surprised if that was the case.
It might just be an illussion from the different woods or from the showroom lighting,as I'm sure the leather would be from the same batch and put in either Sport or Elegant cars on the production line at the same time.
The only real problem I have with Bird's Eye is that unlike the Walnut their is no wood around the transmission tunnel,just the silver panel.
If it had the wood there it would look a lot better and more complete.
