Which year E550 to buy?

Which year E550 to buy?
Hey guys.
I am looking for an E550, prefer 4 matic. What year is the best to buy. Are there many changes thru the years. Any specific problems to look for. I was planning on getting from a dealer to get CPO. Have the prices dropped much sice the '10 came out.

The one with the best COMAND is the 09. I wouldn't consider any year before the 2007s if that is in the budget. Each successive previous model year has increased levels of problems and failures. (Of course all generalizations stink.)

They don't even make a E550 prior to 2007. I think you'll be happy with ANY E550 but if you want the latest electronics go for a 2009. I have a 2008 and *love it*

Before this is had a c240 4matic with snow tires so i have a good comparison. For sure not as nice as the 4matic in snow but with snow tires it is great. Main area it lacks is deep snow drifts because of the low clearance.

It may not be perfect, but I certainly understood what he was saying. Nobody here is going to feel like a "douche bag." Don't forget that some folks here are using cellphones and it's not so easy to type. Plus this is a forum, and it's not expected to be so formal.
p.s., both "English" and "Jesus Christ" are proper nouns.
edit: I left out a word. It made me feel illiterate. I was typing too quickly on a car forum. I have edited it so that others here don't feel like douche bags. Thank you and good night.
