The left most of the three main guages in the instrument cluster is the clock.

Hard to miss.

lol that was the clock i see it now i was expecting something digital or better it looks like a analog one, and its only for the dirver to see if it was located in the middle of the console that would be better. well thanks guys i really didn;'t realize that the gauge on the far left was an analog clock i thought it was something else well normally clock is digital and its located some where that everyone can see. Well i guess MB is tryin to be unique..

Those newfangled watch thingys really don't seem to be all that popular with some folks.

lol. It's a good thing my last car was a Mercedes and I'm used to a low-tech clock! I'm still able to read one of those old fashioned things!

By the way, our little low-tech clock is kind of interesting. I changed it from a.m. to p.m. in the multi-function steering wheel programming system, and the hands on the clock went all the way around twelve times all by themselves! You might try it sometime when you're really bored.

I vaguely recall there also being a digital clock in the central console monitor that you can program, but I'm not sure without looking. Seems I set the time there too, but I don't use it.

Center console Clock

This feature is available in the center console display.
Enter "Serv", then use the "Clock" button around the display perimeter. This will display time. You may have to adjust for time offset from GMT to obtain local time - simple operation.
This time is accurate to the atomic clock, so don't complain about the watch if you are late.
Good Luck

a wrong design is a wrong design

yes, you can fake to adjust time and force the time show on the center console but a wrong design is a wrong design -- clock should show the time for all passengers not only driver. (this can be fixed by the software -- it shows music channel and track information, of course, it can show time as well, call mbusa and complain this problem until release the new software to fix it.)
