Folding rear seat on 320?

Folding rear seat on 320?
Can anyone confirm whether or not the split-fold rear seat is available on the E320. I've seen it on E500's as a $100 factory launch option, but never on the 320.

I have it on my E500 and it is really a great option.
I had thought it was also available on the E320. It would not make any sense (as if that had anything to do with it
) that it would not as the body is the same...except for engine.

The Split fold seat is a compulsory option with the Panarama Roof which is available on all E Class models.
So that would mean that it is available on all models even without the roof option.

I have an E320, purchased in Dec time frame, and the folding rear seat was no charge promotion. I must admit that I have used this feature 2X in past 3 months. It does allow for large cargo, and I don't have to switch to the family pick up (F-250, with hay, animal droppings, etc.)
