Rear folding seats???

Is this no longer an option? My dealer was happy enough to write it down. Is it going to be rejected at the factory for some reason? I know that at introduction there was some kind of special offer on this...

I have the split folding rear seats...

They were printed on my order options and showed up as a promotional offer. I don't know whether the factory is still offering this as an option...

Why would they quit?

2004 E350? (Awaiting Order)
Unhappy What ever happened to the E4 Option

I noticed that it's no longer on MB website. Is it standard equipment now, or droped all together?

There were 2 options. One was E4, which was rear folding seats+front folder passenger seat+ski bag. This option was never available (just like Navi, Voice) from my recollection and was priced at $550(??). But they had option 287 (which was not on the website) which was "Launch Promotion Folding Seats" or something like that, and was $100. It just gave you the fold down rear seat and nothing else.

Anyone that recently ordered, I would also like to know if 287 is still available. Looks like Navi may soon be available in which case maybe they will finally be able to build my car.

My car is scheduled for production during the second decade of April. Option 287 was ordered, and appears on the Netstar printout. No indication from dealer that there is any problem.
