Help: 2007 E63 starts off 2nd gear in S mode

We researched your inquiry. It always will start from 2nd gear in C
mode. In S mode it will most of the time but that depends upon driving
conditions. Yes, the vehicle is operating as designed. Additionally, we have been advised there is no bulletin on his question .
I simply wanted a procedure number for my local dealer in Taiwan to perform the job and not debating what its suppose to do. Can anyone help!
