The screen of my COMAND Navigation unit is not working and it displays lines and a fuzzy image. All functions work, however, including bluetooth and navigation in the heads-up display in the dash. It's just the square screen in the head unit.

Is this a software issue? Could my screen be fried? Any thoughts? Thanks.

 

I have the same issue in my 2004 E320, head unit screen has lines thru out, can't see any thing but still functional. I was told by a mechanic shop that this is a screen issue but I have order 1 and switch them out, still lines or just blank white now. Anybody else out there had this issue and resolve it, beside changing out the entire unit? Thank you for any helpful info.
