definitely the 350. You really don't notice the extra 300 hp; the brakes may look big but they squeal and don't stop you any quicker and honestly, if the AMG was so special they wouldn't sell the badges on ebay for 15.00. Mercedes just uses the badging to up sell customers but it really doesn't mean anything in the real world.

Heh, you DID notice the beast that was pictured in his post didn't you?
That said I have a 2007 E63 and will tell you I've test driven a 2008 E350, 2010 E350 and even a 2008 E63.
From the test drives going from an '08 350 to '10 350 I couldn't really tell much of a difference other than the 2010 model edging out the older model in terms of quietness of the ride, but I would say that it wasn't much noticeable overall. Then I drove the E63....yeah....that probably screwed over any chance of me buying the E350 for awhile.
