Does anyone know if there is a retrofit install bulletin for Satellite on a 2006 E350 Wagon? I see P-I.82.60/466 on Startek for a W211 sedan, but it does not cover the wagon install.

I presume the SDARs unit goes on the left hand side of the trunk area along with the NAV DVD unit. The sedan install refers to the equipment being located on the right hand side of the trunk area, which I doubt applies to the wagon.

My 2006 W211 is a really early build (11/04), so I was hoping it had the pre-wiring for satellite.

Appreciate any guidance you all might have from the wagon experts out there.

P-I-82.60/573 for MY05 will suffice. Check page 6 to identify if your vehicle is prewired (figure 11 – MOST connector & antenna connections).

I installed the system in my car..it was prewired.. worked like a charm..

just take a shot of bourbon before you drill into your rear roof!
