Missing Glove Box bottom cover

I have a 2004 E500 but it seems my glove box doesn't have enough area at the bottom to hold even small amount of items. I attach the picture of my glove box here, can anyone tell me if I'm missing any part for my glove box?

I look up online, do you think I need the following part? http://www.parts.com/oemcatalog/inde...layCatalogid=0

If anyone could post a picture of their glove box, I would really appreciate it. I just want to make sure that my glove box is not missing any part. Thanks.

W211 E200 Kompressor
Shelve

Here is two pictures of the shelve as in my 2004 E200 kompressor. It has part number 211 6890230 embossed on it (see second photo with part removed and upside down)

The top part has a velvet feel with a chrome plated trim in the front.

Its a very "inexpensive" part but was not included with our cars in the USA after MY 2003. You can get it at the parts department. It limits visibility somewhat, but things are not all piled on one another.

In 2007, they changed the glove box interior so that it has a too high lower lip to keep stuff in there under rapid accelleration with the door open (?!?). Now THAT limits the opening & visibility... a disimprovement having had both types.
