Do you mean the exterior side mirrors? If so, I believe so but it is not a direct plug and play to mount it. I vaguely remember a few here who did the "refresh"/e63 conversion did it.

07 mirrors, the actual mirrors, are a completely different shape than previous MYs. They will not fit into the existing housing.

So this brings up a couple of questions for the OP:

1. Are you trying to fit the 07-09 mirror into the 03-06 housing?
2. Or are you trying to change the whole housing from the 03-06 style to the 07-09 style?

If it is option 1, then I concur with amdeutsch that they will not fit. If it is option 2, like I said earlier, they are not plug and play but you can get them to fit. You need to drill 3 holes to hold the new mount assembly. here are a couple of threads that alludes to the possibility:

I'd be pretty certain they fit on the door just fine and the electrics would be easy.

But, you'll be purchasing

housing (and paint job)
new motor assembly
new glass (driver's side is ~$400)
