Saw a beautiful w211...
I saw a E350 4matic, white, pano and white leather seats/door panels with the black wood. I've NEVER seen a white interior before, and it was definitely factory. Any idea what I was looking at?

I have the Sahara beige interior and have to agree - it is beautiful. First time I saw one, I knew it was what I was going to get. Finding one that matched my requirements took some time, but was worth the wait.

How does it look to be wearing? Does it stain or discolor when you wear jeans, etc?

Pebble beige
The sahara beige that was available since June 2006 (facelifted 2007) is actually more yellowish than the pictures from Trey would suggest. The pre-facelift (2002-2006) model had the option of pebble beige interior. The latter interior was diffenantly lighter in shade than the subsequent sahara beige See attahced pictures of my pebble beige interior. Especially the carpet trim has become darker (with obvious advantages). The two tone interior posted by Trey is surely more practical than the all beige interior albeit less attractive.
The lighter interior has so far proved to be excellent in terms of UV wear, but keeping the carpets clean is a nightmare!

fwiw, I bought a 2009 E350 that was exactly like the Saks Edition (Sahara Beige leather and Sienna Black.) The sales manager at the dealership had ordered it that way.
For me it was hard to keep clean. Blue jean dye constantly on the seats. Maybe it was the leather (which I found to be rough and pebble-grained, not as nice as the Nappa leather.)
Also the Sienna Black is more like a root beer color. Brownish-black metallic, and almost all brown in bright light.
I got rid of the car primarily because it was a snooze-mobile (my mistake getting an E350.) In addition, I don't much like tan/beige/white interiors. This was a first for me. Personally it looks like a Palm Springs car or belongs to a grandma Frank Sinatra fan![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
