Rough shift when car is cold

Rough shift when car is cold
I know this has been discussed so many times regarding rough shifting. But mostly were in S mode. but in my case, the car shift pretty rough when cold in C mode. and I took it to dealer and they say they can't find anything wrong with the car. My warranty is approaching, currently I am at 48500 miles so I really need advice as to how do I approach the dealer regarding about my issue and if what I am experience is normal for the 7 speed or not? I have a 2007 E550.

It's normal when ANY car is cold.
