285/30/19 or 275/30/19 with a little bit of lowering...rubbing issue?

I've read the posts, I've searched, but still haven't gotten a good answer. Most of the posts have been blended into others.

Here's the deal....

I have ForgeStar F14 19x10 rims in the rear on my W211 E550 Sport. It currently has 265/30/19 on the rear. I want to go 285/30/19 or at the very least 275/30/19. I know that the 275s won't rub, however I'm concerned about the 285s. I was looking into the Continental DWS tires.

I'm looking to lower the car perhaps 1" using STAR, possibly a little more with links in the future (not slammed in anyway...I'm a family man )

Thank you in advance.

or to add on to the question, what's the biggest rim possible without rubbing?

i.e. for 20's -2xx?25/20
for 19's... 2xx/30/19? etc...

I have had both 295-30-19 and 285-30-19 in the rear cars lowered with star. Had 5 passengers and never rubbed
