Convenience not responding

I had my steering wheel and seat activated to move when I remove my key for an easier exit. Now only the steering wheel moves up but the seat stays in the driving position, it doesnt move back like it used to? I went through the menu and set it on steering wheel/seat, but still no luck.

Move your seat up and try it again. You may have the seat too far back. There is a safety switch that comes into play when you are past a certain point.
