Switched Power Connection in engine bay

Switched Power Connection in engine bay
Hey guys,

I am installing a K40 calibre, which comes with a seperate front and rear detector. They need a a switched +12V connection and while I found a perfect one in the trunk, I am not so sure in the front. Currently the cable is laying on the right side (AC filter). Any suggestions?
