Sorry I cannot. I have never been able to scan an image and send it to the forum. The images are always too large regardless of what I do. I have tried to make the image as small as possible, but it never works. The text I typed is exact. I do not mind faxing it depending on where you are located. I can also try to email the image to you, but that will not be until tomorrow evening when I am back home.
