e500 2004 4matic - need to fix back door inside door latch
HI - I own a 2004 e500 wagon 4matic - and one of the back door inside door latches doesn't work. I need to take the inside back door panel off - which I cannot seem to do - in order to get to the latch mechanism. Does anyone know how to do this?

the rear door has an access panel right behind the inside door handle, you have to pry it out its about a 10x5 panel. there i'll be two 30torx screws take those off, the pry out the bottom part of the door panel uncliping all the clips holding the panel to the door. then pull up on the door panel it should come off.
