The cup holder in my rear seat center console has been stuck for years. I don't normally use it, but once a while, I have a need. When I push it, it doesn't feel sticky or anything. There is a little free play, but just won't come out. Got any suggestions? Thanks!

 

I had this on my CPO car when I first bought it. So much for their inspections.

Tried everything, and so did the dealer, until they finally had to replace the whole armrest.

 

I have extended warranty until July of 2011. I suppose I can just get them to do that. In the mean time, I use a flat ruler sliding it from side to side and got it open. But then, as soon as I push it back, it won't open again ...
