Noise when coasting? E200Kompressor '06

Noise when coasting? E200Kompressor '06
Evening,
My parents drive a '06 É200Kompressor.
Two days ago it started to produce a sound that sounds just like the brakes are dragging.
New pads all around, and the brake discs trued in a lathe (Not sure if its the right way to say it in english..)
And still no change.
This sound is mostly noticable when coasting, foot off the gas, but also noticable when driving and braking.
Coasting downhill makes it very noticable, so i guess it's something with the drivtrain.
Transmission or the diff..
Has anyone ever heard of something like this or does anyone have any ideas?
