CLS is also the more expensive car .. I would assume it can have better features and options as well.

i kind of think w211 lowered with nice rims looks better than cls.
and comparing e350 vs cls350...
cls is little bit more expensive, i hope it is better quality as well....

If its between E350 and CLS350......get the E-Class....
I have E-Class lowered on OEM wheels. I get lots of compliments on them. You don't need wheels...as long you keep the car even in winter

If you are looking at the older models (2011< ) I like the CLS, but I think I like the new E better than the 2012 body CLS.

I got the E class when I started looking for a 4 door benz.
I actually should have gone for the CLS - 2 years ago. I have had a maximum of 4 passengers in the last 2 years- parents and wife. And never had any issues with the luggage - space.
Infact I daily drive the GTO and the CLS would have been a perfect addition. I might still get another one.

its pretty much the same car except for the body and number of seats. really is a personal preference.
