Cam end plug / camshaft plug / seal?
Just noticed my E550 has developed a very small leak same as this thread here:

Anybody knows if this is an easy diy fix or needs a trip to the dealer (car is out of warranty).

MB replaced defective camshaft expansion plugs installed at production with modified version. Check your email.
