Suspension HELPP!!! PICS INCLUDED!!!
hey mbworld hope all is well... so this morning driving home from work i hit a deep pothole here in nyc, nuttin from the ordinary, anyways i happen to bend both my rims on the right side. the front one is un-repairable and the back one i got repaired so now i have a donut in the front. now i hear a small thump at slow speed 30 and less mph, when i hit a bump coming from the front right, where the donut is.. should i be worried? is it the donut making noise or is it the shock or spring or what?? please help!! i have a 2007 e350 rwd sport. thanks all for the help.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Could be suspension noise from the use of the donut
or you could have bent something. Either way you need to inspect it. Your car insurance might cover the repair.Report the hole to the city.

hole has been reported! and nope it was the van wyck north bound. it was an on ramp on the corner of park dr east and 136th street. and i will inspect it after i buy the new rims for the car. while the rims are off i will check it all.

What rims? Fat fives? If so, i have never seen an easier wheel to bend in my life. I'm on 3 bent ones myself.....
and the noise needs to be checked out as that sounds bad and seriously doubt the sound has anyhting to do with the donut spare.

ok so got my suspension checked today and guess what??? the strut and lower control arm got bent.. so if you guys have any laying around or know where to find them please let me know 2007 e350 rwd here are the pics
