i have 2005 E270 CDI w211 and i want to activate bluetooth with my nokia n97

07' SL65, 04' E55, 03' Evo8, 08' GSXR, DSM's...
I just had to call the dealer for the PIN number then i was able to connect it to my iPhone. Good luck.

2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
You can activate your bluetooth by going to Connect in the menu of your phone then click Bluetooth Icon. thats it! very easy

Sounds like a non-US car. Do you have the phone kit in the car and a BT adapter installed to the UHI-connector in the armrest storage box?
