I was wondering about one touch sunroof closing. My 2005 doesn't seem to have the two position switch described here. To be honest, my 2002 VW has the best designed sunroof switch ever.

I'm no expert but awhile ago I used xentry/das to input the settings for one touch close on the pano roof and, if I remember correctly, it said that the feature was not available on pano roof , even though das allows you to enable the feature. So I enabled it and no luck. I will check das again tomorrow...

Push the button a little harder, there should be a second step on the switch.

My E350 pano roof switch doesn't have the second step (the 'push harder' position) for the close mode. The open mode has two steps, but the close mode has only the one step in the switch itself.
