I didn't have a chance to test it well yet 
But I did put it next to Valentine One that I have and they were pretty much showing the same results. I noticed that Solo 2 spotted some radars before Valentine did and in some instances vice versa. I was hoping that it'll have less false alarms than my Valentine, but it seems pretty much the same. The bottom line - it'll do the job and there's no annoying wire... The reviews indicate that it's one of the best, if not the best, wireless radar detectors out there.
