I had the same "buzz" issue on my center channel. Tons of buzzing when the navigation female would talk. I have a 2007 E350. Turns out the speaker was not blown. The outer speaker rubber rim simply "delaminated" from the metal speaker chassis. You could clearly see where there was once adhesive that failed. I used superglue and hot glue to fix problem. Speaker reinstalled and happy to report zero buzzing of any kind.
