Hi,

I was wondering how much would it cost Oringinal MB wooden Steering Wheel in the US. can anyone look it up for me?

I mean as an upgrade and not option

my dealer charged me $705 plus $50 to install.

also, check you email.... just sent you a note on your AMG Style IV wheels

mkassab.. are you sure the installation is only 50(included labor rite).. i was thinking more probably? how long do they install the wood wheel?

Well, to be exact, it was $54. All that needs to be done is remove front cover, revmove air bag, unplug some wires, a few bolts out to remove the steering wheel. Then repeat process in revirse order. This doen's take very long at all.

Yes, you could, but I wouldn't for the following reasons:
1. Liability issues are very possible with Air Bags, e.g., not working, now installed correctly, etc.
2. Warranty issues
3. With 1 & 2 above and the cost to install low, why chance it?

I was afraid that they might charge more in SF area. well once who knows... i should probably call them and get estimation for the price.. well anyway thx for the info
