how do i remove interior door trim?

how do i remove interior door trim?
im wraping my wood grain in cf vinyl and im stuck at these door trims. someone help me out here please...
do i need to remove the whole door panel to take out the wood trim?

imo the wood grain is ugly. having the all black interior is much more appealing to me.
and i already figured out on how to take it off so im good.

Please stay away from CF... I'd like to see a brushed alum interior tho..

I did mine in CF.....only cause I bought an additional interior wood to get done in real CF so I wanted to see how it looked......i honestly like all black look but i kept the chrome lining so sets off nicely...
