2002 E200 Kompressor

I'm considering buying a 2002 E200 Kompressor but have been notified
there are a number of issues, most have been sorted - ie partial load hose split, gearbox multiplug leaking - one other still to be agreed is that on the N/S thrust arm the ball joint cover has lifted - is this a major problem to fix and is it easily and inexpensively solvable?
Appreciate any thoughts.
