What MPG do you guys get for your E500. I only get like 12 mpg!! WHY?

Consistantly get 17.5 city and 24.7 Highway at 75-80mph.

Depends on how long your drive is. The first minutes are terrible. If I drive to to the shop though town, I get atrocious mileage, I f I drive to work, 15-20 minutes through town, I get terrible mileage. If I drive for an hour through town I get pretty good mileage. Try to measure excluding the first 5 minutes!

Also, seat heaters. A/c, lights etc make a difference.

I get about 4 mph with it warming up in the garage (ugh), 15 mph or so in the city, and about 27 mph on the highway going 70-75 mph.

So all in all, not bad.
