Milleage Qs regarding nav exchange

I'm going to call my dealer in oregon regarding the exchange, as one of the salesman in MB Seattle ridiculously calculated my car worth only $50-$52k (my MSRP was $62+; E500, 6mos, 8k miles with no scratches or dings)

My question is how they value your car? do they use market value or 15cents per mile?

Thank you very much

Howard

My dealer told me it would be "no out of pocket" expense. I would only have to pony up for any "extra" options I added and the associated sales tax. Otherwise.. an even swap.

Get this.. I called my salesman today to ask for some info regarding the exchange vehicle (mind you he's NOT handling the exchange.. the SAles Manager is).. and here he threw out some things I hadn't thought of....

The Destination/Delivery charge is NOW MORE than it was back several months ago (like $70 more or something). Forgot the exact amount. Also, he mentioned how about TTL? I had told him that according to the Sales Manager it was supposed to be "ZERO OUT OF POCKET" and just an even swap (assuming no changes). Any ADDITIONS would be paid for in full by me, with the sales tax on that item. Deletions would NO RESULT in credit.

Had anyone thought of the TTL and change in destination charges? I'm assuming it will STILL be ZERO!! But it sounds like several of us are getting various "deals" from different dealerships.

I wonder if there's a NEW SURVEY with this new vehicle
