Keyless Go Problem
My new E gives me the warning "key not recognized". I took it to the dealer and told them that I had learned on this board that many other people had had the same problem and that their dealer had replaced the keyless go amplifier. For some reason they decided to order and replace the antenna for the keyless go. Now they tell me that it is probably the keyless go amp but that there are several of them and they can't figure out which one.
Can someone who has had this problem let me know specifically what they did to fix this problem so I can try to spoon feed these folks a little more.

I happened the first day! I'm sure it's easy to fix if they can just figure out which part to replace. They probably have this protocal that requires them to replace parts from cheapest to most expensive when they can't figure out the problem.

Finally, it was fixed. They apologized saying that the car was just too new and they had not had enough time to learn about it. Hope this attachment is readable.
