looking for rear airmatic air spring

hi i have a 03 e500 with a bad rear driver side air spring deflated and im lookin for somewhere i can buy one other than the dealer. thanks i believe it should come with the aluminum reservoir tank and the hose to connect the two.

2003 e500 sport

im not sure whats goin on now. so my driver side door was lowering after about 4 hours all the way down to he floor but when turned the car on it went right back up . after two days of doing this it went down all the way and it never came back up. so i did a search about this porblem in this forum and felt pretty strong that my air spring just completely went. weird thing is that after sitting for like three days while i looked for the answers on the forum and loing for prices, yesterday i turned the car on and that side went back up again which it hadent done in a couple of days. subsequently it went back down after a few hours again. could it be something else wrong with it other than the spring?
