How does the bluetooth adapter fit in an 07+ facelift 211 with updated armrest?

It looks like the older 211's had a two chambered armrest console ( as seen in this ebay add pic http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Merce...item415ade9e92 ) where the long bluetooth module laid in the smaller, top chamber.

My car has the facelift armrest with cupholders. It's prewired, as in it has the plug on the back of the wall covered by a black plastic piece. How would I fit one of those modules in there? I assumed it would sit vertically, but it seems like it's too long to get the top of the armrest closed. Am I forced to buy the updated smaller version?

Nope, the chrome-plated one fits fine, although it may take a little creativity to press the button required when pairing.
